This website and online store are operated by Claudio Meduri, trading as RewearableUK. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Claudio Meduri T/A RewearableUK.
We offer this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site, to you, the customer, subject to your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
This store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By visiting our website, browsing our products, placing an order, creating an account, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.

RewearableUK sells pre-loved, second-hand, vintage, surplus, and one-off clothing items. Unless clearly stated otherwise, our products are not brand-new retail stock.
Please note: Mannequin/model images are representational. The item you receive is the one shown in the detailed product photos.
We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings.
As many of our items are pre-loved or second-hand, minor signs of previous wear may be present. Any notable flaws, marks, wear, or condition issues will usually be shown in the product photos or mentioned in the product description where relevant.
Please check all product photos, descriptions, size details, condition notes, and measurements carefully before placing an order.
All products are subject to availability. Many items are one-off pieces, so once an item has sold, we may not be able to replace it with the same size, colour, style, or condition.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, availability, and product information at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including where an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, incorrectly described, suspected to be fraudulent, or affected by an error.
If we need to cancel or change an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted and processed for dispatch, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are shown in pounds sterling GBP unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time you place your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping charges. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information for all purchases made through our store.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or our payment providers. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently focus on UK delivery. Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a UK public holiday are usually processed on the next working day.
Domestic UK delivery usually takes approximately 2–3 business days via tracked courier after dispatch, but delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.
We will deliver goods within 30 days unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed with you.
Risk in the goods remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession, or the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive them, unless you arrange your own carrier independently.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we may ask you to pay any additional shipping costs before the order is resent.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which can be viewed here: Refund Policy.
For most online purchases, you have the right to tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item after telling us you wish to cancel.
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition that you received them. Items must not be worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, or marked after delivery. Any RewearableUK tags, labels, or security tags must remain attached where applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns, as the return remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rewearableuk.co.uk so we can review the issue and work to resolve it.
Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Refund Policy limits your statutory rights.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, design, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to RewearableUK, Shopify, or relevant third parties.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, exploit, scrape, or use any part of the website or its content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
RewearableUK’s name, branding, logos, product images, product descriptions, and related materials must not be used without our prior written consent.

RewearableUK is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with RewearableUK.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and RewearableUK, including products purchased from us, delivery, returns, refunds, customer service, or any issue arising from your transaction with RewearableUK.
