Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually processed and shipped the following business day.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a UK public holiday are usually processed on the next working day.

Domestic UK delivery usually takes approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch via tracked courier.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.
